This t-shirt was designed by artist Jason Urban. I thought that the design was visually interesting, since it incorporated a simple pattern of stripes and developed it into an image that pops out once the viewer looks closer. It initially reminded me of an optical illusion, since the figure wasn't so obviously distinguished from the background, thanks to the similarity of all the stripes. If you look even closer, the snake doesn't actually have an outline, but your eye completes the shape to give it closure. What also occurred to me was that I really liked the image itself, and I would probably buy a poster of the same design too. I think this is an example of a piece of art that is pretty versatile.
