Hannah PP- Recyled Art

Here are a series of horses made of recycled drift wood. I really like the idea of working with the natural shape of objects (like the wood) and creating a new object. Even though the horse itself had to be made through manipulation and alteration of the wood I feel that a lot of its fluidity and movement and character come from the material used.
