10-Diane Cai: Architectural Shoes

A few months ago, my friend mentioned to me this shoe that she saw during a fashion show. It was made of really hard plasticky material, and was bent in such a way that even though it featured NO HEEL, it gave the appearance of one (think: Barbie's feet... insistently bent so even when you give her "flats" it still looks like she's wearing heels). If you stopped on the heel-end of the shoe (while wearing it), there would be no give, and you'd remain standing on tip-toe. So I searched high and low for pictures of it, but to no avail!

However, I did find some shoes that are apparently quite in vogue this spring 2009. Check it, ladies and dudes, they're pretty fantastic.
