This is a self portrait by the artist Chuck Close. He is known for doing HUGE portraits. I like this one because it is so totally in your face, leaving nothing to the imagination. This makes me think that Close must be a confident man, because someone with less self assured-ness wouldn't give you something this up-close-and-personal.

Lillie Cohn- Self Portrait
